We offer monthly support plans for companies wishing to stop the unexpected sticker shock when issues surface. Using a fixed monthly support option lets you more easily budget your technical support services. We also include Microsoft Office, Virus/Firewall Protection and First Call support for add-on devices as an option to lessen your workstation software cost.
Benefits of Monthly Support Plan:
Monitoring and Alert Services – 24 hour / 7 day a week – With Monitoring and Alert Services our technicians may know there is a problem before you do. We can react quickly to resolve the issues even before it becomes a problem for your office staff.
Microsoft Update management – We make sure your computers and servers are up to date with the most recent security updates.
Scheduled On-Site Preventative Maintenance – Schedule visits to make sure your office staff is productive and do not have to worry about computer issues.
First Call Support on non-covered devices – You can call us on any device even if it is not covered under maintenance. Fax machines, Copiers, Printers, tablets, iphones, androids, other BYOD (bring your own devices), etc. If you have a problem that is related in any way to your office electronic functionality and productivity, call us first. If we can fix the problem or provide support for the non-covered device we will. First Call Support also includes any problem you may have with proprietary software and third party web sites. *Some non-covered support may require additional fees which will be billed at a reduced rate.
Antivirus Included (optional) – Why pay separately for Antivirus when it can be included in your monthly support plan. We currently have a variety of Antivirus Products available for your office needs. By adding Antivirus to our Monthly Support Plans, we can better monitor and defend against malware and infections. It will also further reduce the overall computer related expenses for your office.
Microsoft Licensing (optional) – You can add Microsoft Licensing for Operating Systems and Office products to your Monthly support plan. This keeps your office up to date with the most current Microsoft Software without the all at once costs when upgrading workstations, servers and other hardware. Microsoft Licensing add-ons can cover your office Operating Systems for your workstations or servers, Office products and other Microsoft software you office may need.
Data Backup – We include on-site Disk-2-Disk or other onsite backup options as part of your monthly support (you can also add off site backups for an additional fee for data usage based on the at-cost rate for the off-site backup service provider) *hardware requirements may apply
Additional Software Licensing options – We can also set up additional software licensing for proprietary software licensing as needed. (Not included in Monthly Specials. Requires special add-on pricing.)
Monthly service plans cover labor and optional licensing only. Usually requires at least one year commitment. All hardware must be approved and meet specific requirements to be part of the service plan.
